LumeFrost Outdoor Lighting offers optional service text messages from Joseph about your inquiry, proposal, appointments, lighting work, seasonal removal, service requests, invoices, and payment receipts.

Your Choice

You opt in by checking the separate service-text box on the quote request form. Consent is not required to purchase. Leaving the box unchecked uses email for automated updates. This service-text consent does not enroll you in promotional text campaigns.

Frequency And Cost

Message frequency varies with your request and approved work. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery can depend on your carrier and network; a text is not a guarantee of an installation date or payment confirmation.

Stop Or Get Help

Reply STOP to the automated sender to opt out. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. Reply START to that sender to resume service texts. Reply HELP for help, email LumeFrostTechnologies@gmail.com, or text Joseph at 972-800-4431. Automated messages may use a separate business sending number.

Keep your contact details current. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive access instructions in a text. Card payments belong in Stripe’s secure checkout.
